Eligibility for Exchange, Returns, and Refunds

1. Time Frame:

  • Return and refund requests are only accepted within 1 working day from the delivery date.
  • After this period, returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be facilitated under any circumstances.
  • No Requests will be accepted in case of size issue, personal quality issues, sizes and materials of products are already mentioned on product pages.
  • Any defective Product or Wrong Products received - A mandatory unboxing video showing the sealed product packaging is required for all return or refund claims.
    Without it, all the Requests will not be valid.

2. Conditions for Refunds:

โ€ข Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

โ€ข Defective Product: If the product is damaged or not functioning as intended.

โ€ข Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.

3. Required Proof:

โ€ข A mandatory unboxing video showing the sealed product packaging is required for all return or refund claims.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youโ€™ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The followingย cases will NOT be eligible under our 1-day replacement policy:

  • Any item that has been damaged or washed by the customer.
  • Any item not sent in its original packaging, along with the original box and inserts.
  • Any item not in its original condition.

Refund Details

โ€ข Provided for defective products or wrong products delivered.

โ€ข Refunds will only be issued after claim verification and review of the unboxing video.

Cancellation Terms

1. No Cancellations for Prepaid Orders:

  • Prepaid orders cannot be canceled once placed.
  • In case of prepaid order not delivered, Customer must reach out to our team for the same, A refund will be issued after deducting the shipping and handling fees.

2. Cancellation Restrictions:

  • No cancellations are allowed once the product has been dispatched or within 24 hours of placing the order, whichever occurs earlier.

Exceptions and Limitations

  • Products without the required unboxing video evidence or those used/tampered with are not eligible for refunds or returns.
  • Any claims made beyond 1 working day of delivery will not be entertained.
